Not all products and services that may be described herein may be available at all times or in all areas. As such, DDD does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions that may appear on the Site and/or any page therein. Online Purchases

When you make a purchase through the Site, you are offering to buy product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment

DDD offers customers payment through credit card and debit card.

Returns

If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain an exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods in accordance with our Exchanges, Returns & Refunds policy.

Financial Information

In order to be able to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to provide certain details as a guest and/or register for an account.

The information sought will allow us to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing the Site and obtaining the facilities, products or services offered through the Site, you agree that all applicable law of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) shall govern such access and the provision of such facilities, products and services and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website and any purchase by you of any products from DDD, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then these Terms shall continue to be valid as to the other provisions and the remainder of the affected provision. 13. How long do we keep your personal information?
