You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note the following return and exchange policy guidelines to all exchanges and returns:

DDD reserves the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet the terms and conditions of this policy.

The customer shall not be entitled to an exchange or refund if the product is not eligible for return.

Application for an exchange or return is only permitted within 14 days after receiving the product.

Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.

We DO NOT accept returns for items that may negatively impact health and hygiene concerns.

Please use packaging that is appropriately sized for returning items.

Return or exchange shipping labels are free for United Arab Emirates.

For returns or exchanges from other countries outside of the United Arab Emirates the shipping label cost will be dependent on the shipping provider and shipping options you choose together with the applicable shipping rates applied by that provider to the weight of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.

After the items are received, they will be inspected to ensure they are eligible for return and/or exchange in accordance with this policy.

Once the inspection of the items is completed (and approved) we will arrange for the refund of the purchase amount paid for the applicable items (less any international return shipping costs) and/or arrange for the exchange of the items (as applicable).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned will be the responsibility of the sender, and does not qualify for refund.
