Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use,

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except on UAE & International Public Holidays.

If you have requested a contactless delivery, DDD will not be held accountable if the item is stolen.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled. A customer may choose not to accept the package, however, a return fee will be charged as per our return policy.

Payment will be accepted whenever an order is placed according to the shipping terms mentioned for the customers on each product.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.

For countries and regions outside of the UAE, you may be susceptible to local taxes and import customs duties.

International customers are solely responsible for all applicable duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the country you reside in.

These are not included in the cost of shipping, taxes and checkout page. Please note that payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

DDD has no control over customs and import tax and it is not possible for DDD to estimate your potential customs or tax liability as it varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

If you do not pay the fees, your package may be returned to DDD and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping, handling and any other applicable customs, taxes or charges imposed by the returning authority.
